An account is considered inactive if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. 1xlite reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee of ₱200 per month to inactive accounts with a positive balance, after providing prior written notice to the registered email address. Accounts with a zero balance may be closed after the inactivity period without further notice.
You may request the closure of your 1xlite account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance (subject to applicable wagering requirements and verification) will be returned to your verified payment method. 1xlite reserves the right to close any account that is found to be in violation of these Terms, without prior notice and without obligation to return funds where prohibited conduct is established.
1xlite accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following verified payment methods available to Philippine-based players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands), BDO (Banco de Oro), and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time at 1xlite's discretion.

Live in-play betting is available on selected events. Due to the dynamic nature of live betting, odds may be suspended or withdrawn at any time. 1xlite reserves the right to void live bets where there is evidence that the bet was placed after the relevant event or outcome had already occurred.

1xlite's total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 1xlite account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 1xlite's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
